Standard Shipping

Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we can only process orders during our hours of operation (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. E.S.T., Mon. - Fri.). If you require rush delivery, most in-stock items can be shipped if ordered before 2 p.m. E.S.T.. Also note that you should not choose overnight shipping if you are placing an order after 2 p.m. E.S.T. on Fridays, as your order will not be processed until Monday or the next business day. Logistics ships via UPS for orders that are less than truckload.

Non-personalized, in-stock products should arrive within 1-5 working days.
Shipping times will vary on item numbers beginning with #DDP, #SSP, #XSP or #EQQ. Second Day and Next Day delivery is not available for these items.
Embroidered apparel may take up to 1-2 weeks.

Haz-Mat Fees

Haz-mat charges will be added to aerosol-type items (e.g., pepper spray, flares, marking paint, marking chalk, etc.) and all fire extinguishers.

For petroleum products shipped to NJ and CT, products are subject to the 2.5% NJ and 5.25% CT state petroleum tax. Tax will be added as a separate line item to the invoice.

International Shipping

Logistics ships to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. However, any orders that meet Logistics prepaid freight guidelines are only prepaid to the U.S. border. Call a Logistics Sales Representative for additional details.
