Diseases and sickness can spread fast and limit work progress and processes. There are many different things to keep in mind when preparing for pandemics. Below are some tips, facts, and guidelines on how to deal with the current pandemic (Covid-19), and the flu.

COVID-19 Tips:

• Wash hands often or use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
• Keep a social distance (at least 6 ft) from other people.
• Wear a face covering when around others.
• Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.
• Know the symptoms and monitor your health.

Flu Facts:

• Last year, at least 410,000 people were hospitalized from the flu.
• The flu can spread before symptoms develop.
